Programme summary

BBU Student Support and the International Office is delighted to invite you to attend a free session on Mental Health Awareness.

Title of the session: Being an international student: Understanding and Supporting International Students’ Mental Health during the Adaptation Journey.

The event will be held in English by the one and only Kemal Oker, PhD, psychologist from PsyAid Budapest. Register below to attend the event!
Kemal works with international students and expats who suffer from cultural shock, problems with studying or working, low self-esteem, grief, low mood, anxiety and stress, adjustment issues, communication problems in relationships, difficulties in romantic relationships and struggles & grief following a breaking up.
Drawing from his own journey of living, studying, and working in a culturally diverse foreign setting for years now, he deeply understands the unique challenges that expats and international students might face.

Participation is free of charge!

The program is open to both international and Hungarian students of all the three Faculties.
As we have a limited number of places, the application happens on a first-come, first-served basis.

By participating in the event you give consent to Budapest Business University to take and to use the images taken during the event.
